The October TeamSmarts Quiz featuring Personal Finance topics is open until October 31 at 11:55 PM, EST. These monthly quizzes show up under your team captain’s "quizzes" tab. The captain logs in, clicks on the quizzes tab on the left side of the page, and selects the October TeamSmarts Quiz folder. Teams work together to take this 50-question multiple-choice quiz. Cash prizes are awarded to the top-scoring Junior Varsity, Varsity, 4-H, BPA, FBLA, FCCLA, and SkillsUSA teams (one prize per year, per school or individual club/organization).

FBLA teams, it’s time for the LifeSmarts FBLA Fall Challenge which qualifies teams to compete in the finals at the National FBLA Leadership Conference in Anaheim next summer. Teams compete now through November 8th at 11:55 PM EST.  To complete the Fall Challenge, teams of two students compete online at https://lifesmarts.org/, with the team taking two quizzes together – one fifty-question Personal Finance Quiz and one fifty-question Consumer Rights Quiz. In addition, each of the two team members also completes an individual quiz. Learn more here.

FCCLA teams may compete in the Round 1 – FCCLA Fall TeamSmarts NLC Qualifier Quiz until November 24 at 11:55 PM EST. The 40 top scoring teams advance to compete in the FCCLA / LifeSmarts Knowledge Bowl Finals at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference in Orlando in July, 2025. LifeSmarts provides an opportunity for SkillsUSA Health Knowledge Bowl teams to test their knowledge and compete against other teams in the LifeSmarts SkillsUSA Health & Safety Challenge. This online quiz is excellent practice for the district, state and National SkillsUSA Health Knowledge Bowl, plus top-scoring teams earn cash prizes! The team works together to complete an online Health & Safety quiz consisting of 50 multiple-choice questions. More information can be found here or by contacting LifeSmarts.
